From 'Just Caulking' to 'So Much More!'

Not Just Caulking was founded in 2017 by Matt Stillar, but the story began much earlier. Growing up in the trades, Matt learned the value of quality workmanship by helping his father gut and rebuild homes from a young age. After gaining hands-on experience building homes and cottages, he moved to Ottawa, where he specialized in caulking high-rise buildings. That combination of general contracting knowledge and specialized caulking expertise laid the foundation for Not Just Caulking.

What started as a professional caulking company has grown into a full-service general contracting business serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Niagara Region and Greater Golden Horseshoe. Today, in addition to expert caulking, we provide renovations, siding, painting, flooring, cleaning services, and a wide range of interior and exterior property improvements.

At Not Just Caulking, we believe in doing more than completing the work in front of us. We build lasting relationships through honest advice, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Every project is treated as if it were our own, and we're committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and dependable service, no matter the size or scope of the job.
